Court ruling: Israel Hershberg is the painter of three paintings signed with the name “Har Zvi”.

The architect Stewart McClain sued Israel Hershberg, who denies the fact that he is the painter of three paintings signed by the name “Har Zvi”. The court claimed the Hershberg’s defense crashed under the amount of counter arguments the prosecutor presented.

Hershberg’s comment on the subject:

“We received the ruling and it seems baffling. It blatantly ignores the opinion of known experts…”
